Sanchez and Sterling set for sensational January swap deal?

Alexis Sanchez and Raheem Sterling could be going in opposite directions when the transfer window reopens, according to our odds.
Both players were the subject of Deadline Day speculation in August, and we make it just 4/1 that they switch between Arsenal and Manchester City this winter.
With Arsene Wenger reportedly having said he’ll only sell the Chilean star to City if Sterling is included as part of any deal, the swap could well be on.
Of the pair, it’s Sanchez that looks the most likely to leave his current club.
The 28-year-old is coming to the end of his contract with the Gunners and is even-money for a move to the current Premier League leaders.
Meanwhile, it’s 2/1 that Sterling makes the Emirates his next port of call.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Gooners are starting to accept that they’ll lose their key man in January, but the potential arrival of Sterling would surely go a long way towards cushioning that blow.”
