I’m A Celeb: Vanessa White most unpopular contestant so far

Vanessa White won’t be in the I’m A Celeb jungle for long if her current levels of popularity are anything to go by.

Incredibly, The Saturdays singer has been backed by just three people to be crowned Queen of the Jungle.

Even more worryingly for Vanessa, those three bets at odds of 12/1 total just £3.

At the other end of the market, Jennie McAlpine is by far the most popular celeb.

Jennie – or Fiz from Coronation Street as she’s better known – has seen her chances of winning cut into 4/1 from 8s. Of all the bets taken so far, 62% have been for the Corrie star.

She shares favouritism with soap rival Jamie Lomas, who is also a 4/1 shot for jungle glory.

YouTube sensation Jack Maynard comes next at 6/1 before Stanley Johnson, Shappi Khorsandi and Georgia Toffolo at 8/1.

Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: “Vanessa’s failed to strike a chord with punters, and unfortunately she could fail to make it to Saturday if her popularity in the betting is anything to go by.”
