Arsenal look set to break their club transfer record, with the Gunners now shorter than ever at 1/2 to complete a big money move for Olympique Lyonnais midfielder Nabil Fekir.

The French international has been in scintillating form for Les Gones this season, scoring 11 goals in as many Ligue 1 games.

That form has unsurprisingly piqued Arsenal’s interest. And with former Lyon teammate Alexandre Lacazette already settling in well at the Emirates, it now seems a sure thing the pair will reunite in North London.

Fekir might not be the only arrival in the coming months, with Arsene Wenger also sniffing around Schalke 04 star Leon Goretzka.

The midfielder has also been highly impressive for his current club this term, and with Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez seemingly set for winter exits, the 22-year-old is 3/1 to make the Emirates his new home.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “It’s looking increasingly likely Arsenal’s two key men will leave as soon as the January window opens, but Fekir’s arrival would surely go some way towards softening the blow for Gooners.”

As for the current Arsenal crop, they’ve got the matter of a North London derby to content do. Wenger’s men are 11/8 for victory on their own patch.?
