Our ambassador Dan Skelton gives us the low down on his runners at Cheltenham this afternoon.

Over to you, Dan…

Starting off with the Ballymore Novices’ Hurdle at 14:00, I’ve got Blairs Cove.

He really got his act together last time out at Warwick. The track will suit him here and there’s no reason why he can’t give a good run in.

That said I have plenty of respect for Martin Keighley’s mare, Brillare Momento.

The Novices’ Chase at 14:35 is a very deep race with the likes of Movewiththetimes, Sceau Royal and Ballyhill running.

North Hill Harvey is my entry here, he jumps nicely and loves the track, winning twice before.

After this race, we will decide what route we will take with him for the rest of the year.

In the 16:20 Handicap Chase, we have a good lad from the yard riding Honkytonkytennessee.

He has been around all summer and can run into a place if things go right.

Gortroe Joe runs in the 16.55 Maiden Hurdle and is a horse we really like.

He was just a little keen in the bumper but he’ll learn plenty from a day out at Cheltenham.

It’s a competitive race but he’s not out of his depth, provided he settles early.
