Odds slashed on Sanchez to PSG after Cavani and Neymar spat
Paris Saint-Germain could be back in the market for Alexis Sanchez.
Chilean outlet El Mercurio claim the French giants will offer Arsenal’s star man a £9m advance on his signing-on fee.
Several reports in the press also claim that Edinson Cavani could leave the Parc des Princes club soon, following his public spat with Neymar.
The Uruguayan has been linked with Chelsea and Everton, which would free up a move for Sanchez to join the French side.
And the news has been enough to force our traders to slash PSG from 20/1 to just 4/1 to land the 28-year-old.
Manchester City remain frontrunners at 9/4, where Pep Guardiola seeks to reunite with his former Barcelona forward.
Sanchez was heavily linked with a move away from the Gunners this summer, though he ended up staying put in North London.
But his contract expires at the end of the season, meaning Arsenal could lose him for nothing.
Another possible scenario is that PSG and Man City enter a bidding war in January.
That could persuade Arsene Wenger to cash in, allowing Sanchez to leave mid-season.
Sanchez was Arsenal’s top scorer last season with 30 goals in all competitions.
But an abdominal muscle injury has hampered his campaign this time around.
The striker is yet to score in the Premier League, with his sole effort for the campaign coming in the Europa League victory over Koln.
