Ladbrokes News Acca: West Brom, Ipswich and Exeter lead 50/1 five-fold

Published:

Domestic duties are in full flow this weekend, and that means the Ladbrokes News team are back with their latest acca.

Each member of the team has picked out one selection from the weekend’s fixtures, and they’ve come together to form our latest five-fold.

Here’s who we’re backing this Saturday…

Rich Marsh

Ipswich to beat Bolton Wanderers

Ipswich – sitting seventh – look a great price at 21/20 to win at home to bottom side Bolton.

The Tractor Boys may have lost their last two games, but this is the perfect opportunity for Mick McCarthy’s men to maintain their spot in the top-half.

Bolton have lost four on the spin, boast a number of injury concerns and haven’t beaten Ipswich in any of their last eight meetings.

William Geldart

Exeter City to beat Crewe Alexandra

Paul Tisdale’s table-topping Exeter have really hit the ground running this season and I expect them to deal with an inconsistent Crewe outfit this weekend.

The Grecians are unbeaten so far this term, winning six of their seven games, drawing the other.

Meanwhile, Alex have been pretty travel sick of late, losing four of their last five away from home in the league. The hosts ran out 4-0 winners in the corresponding fixture last season and they’re a pretty little acca booster at 19/20.

Daniel Anwar

West Brom to beat West Ham

West Ham’s win against Huddersfield Town on Monday eased some of the pressure on Slaven Bilic. It may only be a temporary respite.

They face a West Bromwich Albion side that will go back to basics after a 3-1 loss to Brighton & Hove Albion. That should be enough to beat the Hammers, who often lack direction or organisation under Bilic.

Cian Carroll

Brentford to beat Reading

The Bees were unlucky to come away from Villa Park last weekend with all three points having dominated the game.

Dean Smith’s side have disappointed largely this season but with the stylish football his side plays, it’s only a matter of time before they get that elusive win.

Especially at Griffin Park where they face a Reading side with a poor away record and, at 21/20, look decent value to get their first league win of the season.

Nick Murphy

Sheffield United to beat Norwich

The Blades have started the season in excellent form and have won their last four in the league.

At home, they’re even more impressive. Chris Wilder’s men have won their last nine in the league at Bramall Lane. They’re 29/20 to see off an inconsistent Norwich side.

So, there we go. Our five-fold acca comes in at an enticing 50/1!
