Ladbrokes News Acca: Stoke, Preston and Cardiff lead 80/1 charge

Published:

The Ladbrokes News Team are back with another five-fold accumulator.

The Premier League and the Championship feature heavily, before the international break takes over next weekend.

As ever, each member of the team has carefully chosen one selection from this Saturday’s 15:00 fixtures.

Here’s who we’re backing this time around…

Richard Marsh

Stoke to beat Southampton

The league table may show Southampton sitting five places above Stoke, but that’s not the full story.

Saints have struggled for creativity this term, and have only netted against the dodgy defences of West Ham United and Crystal Palace.

Stoke have already played Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea, taking a commendable four points. Mark Hughes will see this game as an excellent chance for a win, and the Potters are a great price to deliver at 19/10.

Cian Carroll

Preston to beat Sunderland

Preston failed us last week, drawing with Millwall, but we’re back on the North End train again this weekend against Sunderland.

Simon Grayson already had a huge job on his hands but the scale of it might be only dawning on him now.

They’re second from bottom, and look poor. The Black Cats have lost their last three at Deepdale and their last two away from home.

Dave Burin

Bradford to beat Doncaster

The Bantams have enjoyed home wins over Bristol Rovers and Rotherham United already this month, as well as away wins at Peterborough and Northampton.

As for Donny, they travel to Valley Parade having lost five of their last six in all competitions.

Daniel Anwar

Cardiff City to beat Derby County

Cardiff swatted Leeds aside last time out to go top of the table and it’s hard to see beyond a home win when they face Derby.

The Bluebirds have three wins in their last four, while Derby only have one victory from their last six outings.

Nick Murphy

Ipswich to beat Bristol City

Mick McCarthy’s Ipswich have started the season in fantastic form. The Tractor Boys demolished Sunderland 5-2 in midweek and have won four from five at Portman Road so far this season.

Their visitors on Saturday have won just the once on the road and will find the home side’s firepower too hot to handle. Backable just as a single, Ipswich are 2/1 to bag another three points.

So, there we go. Our five-fold acca comes in at an unmissable 80/1!

If you fancy it, you can back it right here.
