David Haye clear favourite to beat Tony Bellew in December rematch

Published:

David Haye looks set for a rematch with Tony Bellew before the year is out. And according to our traders, the boxer from Bermondsey is the heavy favourite.

Bellew came out on top earlier this year with an 11th round stoppage, but we make Haye 1/3 favourite to win this prospective rematch.

That may seem short but considering the terrible injury the Hayemaker suffered in the early rounds, it makes sense.

Meanwhile, Bomber is a 9/4 shot to be the first man to defeat Haye on two separate occasions, a price significantly shorter than he was before their first fight.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “It’s early days, but things look promising as far as a potential rematch goes. And as things stand the odds are suggesting Haye will defeat the scouser before the year is out.”

Can the man from Merseyside repeat the trick, or will the Londoner have his revenge? We can’t wait.
