Anthony Joshua looks set to maintain his unbeaten record against his next opponent, according to our odds.

Joshua has been lined up to fight Kubrat Pulev on 28 October at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff.

Our traders make him a huge 1/25 shot to record his 20th victory in the ring.

He’s also just 1/8 to win by KO, while 10/3 says the fight is over within two rounds.

It’s 22/1 for the 6ft 6in punching machine to end the bout within 60 seconds.

AJ has seen off the challenge of Wladamir Klitschsko already this year. And Bulgarian boxer Pulev is not being tipped to cause the British heavyweight nearly as many problems.

In fact we’re already offer odds on Joshua’s next potential opponent.

It’s 3/1 for the Olympic gold medal winner to take on Deontay Wilder after Pulev.

We’ve already priced up that potential bout, making AJ 1/3 favourite and Wilder a 9/4 shot.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Tyson Fury and Wladimir Klitschko’s retirements have cleared the way for AJ to continue to stamp his authority on the heavyweight division, and the latest odds are suggesting his next opponent will do well to last five minutes in the ring.”

“The only person who could rain on Joshua’s parade right now is Deontay Wilder, and we reckon there’s every chance the pair will meet in the near future.”
