Tottenham v Chelsea: Spurs looking good for derby win

Tottenham Hotspur kick off their tenancy at Wembley against Chelsea on Sunday and it could be an ideal time to face their London rivals.

The champions’ title defence started with a 3-2 defeat to Burnley and their squad is arguably weaker than it was last season.

To make matters worse, Diego Costa is AWOL, there are fitness doubts over Eden Hazard, Pedro and Tiemoue Bakoyoko, and they’ll be without the suspended Gary Cahill and Cesc Fabregas.

Antonio Conte may have to field a weakened side, which means Tottenham are clear favourites at 21/20. Chelsea are priced at 13/5 and the draw is 12/5.

Harry Kane has been the top scorer in the Premier League for the last two years, but he’s never scored a league goal in the first month of the campaign.

We think he’s got a great chance to break that duck this weekend and Kane is 7/2 to be First Goal Scorer.

Tottenham have struggled at Wembley though and that will give Chelsea hope.

Spurs have struggled to press as well on the bigger pitch and this could be a more open game than Mauricio Pochettino would like.

We fancy Tottenham and Over 2.5 Goals at 11/5.

Alvaro Morata was one of the few bright spots for Chelsea against Burnley and he’ll be key if the Blues are going to triumph. The big-money signing is 21/10 to score Anytime.

Chelsea may have beaten Tottenham in the FA Cup semi-final at Wembley last season, but it’s hard to see a repeat happening this weekend.
