Tottenham could swoop for in-demand Lazio star

Tottenham Hotspur could be about to kick-start their summer spending with a move for Lazio winger Keita Balde.
Balde has been linked with Juventus and was left out of Lazio’s squad to face the Old Lady in the Super Cup last weekend.
This could give Tottenham an opportunity to swoop in, as Lazio have no intention of selling the Senegal international to a Serie A rival.
Our traders still have Juventus in the driving seat to sign Balde at 8/11, but Tottenham have a chance at 2/1. Liverpool have also monitored him and the Reds are priced at 8/1.
The 22-year-old is a graduate of Barcelona’s famed La Masia academy and he was very impressive last season, scoring 16 goals in league action.
As well as goals, Keita can unlock tight defences and pose a real threat on the counter with his speed and dribbling ability.
Tottenham have yet to sign any players and while they have a very strong first team, they arguably need more strength in depth to compete in the Premier League and Champions League this term. They are currently 13/2 to win the league.
Balde’s ability to play across the front line could make him an ideal addition to Mauricio Pochettino’s squad.
