Sergi Roberto may have been a regular for Barcelona last term, but following the signing of Nelson Semedo, the Spaniard could now be on his way. The favourites for his signature? Manchester United.

The versatile Roberto played 42 times for Blaugrana in 2016-17, and though naturally a central midfielder, the talented 25-year-old was used mostly as an auxiliary right-back during the campaign.

It was a role he took to well, recording six assists, and scoring the winner in the Catalan club’s dramatic Champions League knock-out triumph against Paris Saint-Germain.

However, with Semedo now joining Barca from Benfica, his chances will be more limited. Man United could well take advantage of that, with 2/1 for Jose Mourinho to add the Spain international to his ranks this summer.

Despite having an initial bid for the player rejected, the Portuguese is believed to be willing to up his offer for Roberto.

They’re not the only Premier League side interested, though, with Antonio Conte also believed to be keen on the Reus native – and our traders make it a 4/1 shot he heads to Chelsea before the window closes.

Monaco are the dark horses in the race for the two-time La Liga winner’s signature, with the principality club keen to reinvest in their midfield following Tiemoue Bakayoko’s exit to the Blues.

Right now, they’re 7/1 to beat the Prem duo to Roberto’s signature.

Man United host West Ham United in their league opener on Sunday, with 2/7 about the Red Devils tasting victory. But will Roberto be at Old Trafford come kick-off?
