Ladbrokes News Acca: Watford and Wolves headline 35/1 five-fold

Published:

The first international break of the season is right around the corner, but before that we’ve got one more chance this month to land an accumulator.

From the Premier League through to League Two each of the Ladbrokes News crew has picked out one selection for the weekend.

So, here’s who we’re going for this time around…

Richard Marsh

Wolves to beat Brentford

After losing to Cardiff last weekend, Wolves will be out to make amends, while they’ll also be buoyed by seeing off Premier League Southampton in midweek.

They’ve got the perfect opportunity to bounce back in the league when they head to bottom side Brentford, who are yet to win this season.

Dave Burin

Swindon to beat Crawley

It’s a battle of opposite ends in League Two. Swindon are top of the table after three games, conceding just twice in the process.

As for bottom-placed Crawley, they’ve lost all three games and managed a solitary goal thus far. Expect this to be a breeze for the Robins.

Cian Carroll

Cardiff to beat QPR

Cardiff have been shockingly good this season so far. And we literally mean shockingly.

They have played some beautiful stuff under Neil Warnock, especially at home.

The Bluebirds have won four on the bounce and should be much too good for a Queens Park Rangers side that were battered in midweek against Brentford.

Nick Murphy

Watford to beat Brighton

The Hornets have started the season well and the addition of Andre Carrillo on loan from Benfica will only make them more dangerous going forward.

By contrast, Brighton don’t look up to Premier League life just yet and will not be relishing a trip to Vicarage Road this weekend.

Daniel Anwar

Crystal Palace to beat Swansea City

Both sides are without a win or a goal in league action this season, but Swansea’s missing players tips this one in Palace’s favour.

Kyle Bartley joined Fernando Llorente, Ki Sung-Yeung and Jefferson Montero in the treatment room in South Wales this week. That should pave the way for an Eagles win to ease some of the pressure already on Frank de Boer.
