After an underwhelming opening season under Pep Guardiola, Manchester City will be looking to come back roaring in the 2017-18 Premier League campaign.

Having failed to win a single trophy in the previous term, the ex-Barcelona head coach has looked to rebuild a squad that had not aged particularly well in the last couple of years.

The Citizens certainly haven’t been messing about in the transfer market, either. A £200m+ splurge has seen a number of big-name arrivals at the Etihad, including a new goalkeeper and three fullbacks.

Obviously, Guardiola has put a big emphasis on rebuilding a defence which had more leaks than a tennis racket last season. The attack looks after itself.

We have them down as strong favourites at 9/5 and that’s hard to argue with when you consider that transitional campaign is out of the way.

In terms of trophies, surely it’s only a matter of how many come next May?

Our traders have priced up a number of specials for you to sink your teeth into should you strongly fancy them.

It’s 12/1 on a Premier League and FA Cup/EFL Cup double.

You can also get 20/1 on City winning a remarkable Premier League and Champions League double.

In the event of Guardiola making club history and winning the treble of Premier League, FA Cup, and Champions League, we’ll give you odds of 100/1.
