Chelsea and Newcastle United have a history of strikers moving between clubs and this summer could see one more added to that list.
If reports are to be believed, Michy Batshuayi could be the next man to swap West London for St. James’ Park.
Our traders have priced the Belgium international at a handsome 4/1 to make the move to the North-East.
With Demba Ba and Loic Remy already having worn the famous black and white and the Chelsea blue, it’s a well trodden path.
Batshuayi made just one Premier League start for the Stamford Bridge side last season and has made no secret of his desire to get more game time under his belt.
And with new signing Alvaro Morata likely to provide the focal point of manager Antonio Conte’s attack, it looks like the 23-year-old may have to move elsewhere.
With that in mind we think Newcastle could be his most likely destination.
However, they could face competition from West Ham United.
The Hammers have been free-spending of late and their ambition is something that could interest the ex-Marseille man.
Staying in London would also appeal to the 6ft 1in frontman who is now available at 6/1 with our traders to become an East End boy from a West End town.
