Traders suspend betting on Rooney to Everton – deal done next week

Wayne Rooney could be an Everton player once more by the end of next week.
The striker has long-been linked with a move back to Goodison Park, and it’s believed a return is now imminent.

Rooney’s United career looks to be over, and the deal is done as far as our traders are concerned, as they’ve now closed the book on the move going ahead.
It’s believed Everton will pay their former striker £250,000-per-week, and it won’t be the end of their summer shopping.
Having already landed Jordan Pickford, Michael Keane, Davy Klaassen and Sandro Ramirez, Olivier Giroud has also been heavily linked with a move to Merseyside.
The Arsenal striker is set to be forced out of the reckoning at the Emirates with the impending arrival of Alexandre Lacazette in a club record move from Lyon.
