It’s hard to call who’ll crash out of the Champions League this year, as Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Monaco and Juventus prepare to do battle for a place in the final.
As he’s done to so many sides up to this point, Kylian Mbappe will be looking to put the kiss of death on this week’s opponents, Juventus, in France.
The youngster already has a staggering 24 goals in all competitions – not a bad return for a player who doesn’t turn 19 until December. He’s 2/1 to score at any time on Wednesday night.
The hosts, however, will almost definitely be parking the bus against one of Europe’s highest scoring sides.
It’s been no secret that Leonardo Jardim’s men have made light work of their opponents in recent weeks, notching up 13 wins in 15 outing in all competitions, and 15/8 says they make it 14 in 16.
But Juve will be a tough nut to crack, and their manager may be looking to deliver a parting gift…

It’s been widely speculated that Juve boss Max Allegri will call time on his spell in charge of the Italian giants at the end of season, with pressure intensifying on Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger.
Were that to be the case, he’ll be intent on going out with a bang for the Old Lady by not only booking them a ticket to the final in Cardiff – but going all the way and winning the competition.
The hosts have already scored 21 goals in Europe this year, but they’ll have their work cut out if they’re to bag two or more (8/5) against a Juventus side who’ve kept 25 clean sheets in all competitions this year.
One criticism of Monaco this season has been their inability to keep opponents at bay. For all their attacking prowess, they’ve shipped 14 goals in this competition this year. An away goal for Juve would be absolutely huge.
If they can prevent the home side from running riot and manage a goal of their own, they’ll head into the second leg confident of progressing to the final.
And when it comes to experience, Allegri’s men have the upper hand. They reached the final back in 2015 while Monaco have struggled in recent years to make a name for themselves in Europe.
Either way, this makes for an interesting affair. The question is: who’ll come out on top?
