Inverness v Hamilton: If Caley are staying up, they must win now

The Ladbrokes Premiership has now officially split, and with it Inverness’ predicament is firmly exposed.
Caley finished a fine seventh last season with a handy 52 points, but this season they’re rooted to the foot of the table.
With just four wins and 25 points, the Highland outfit are seven points adrift and could go down this weekend.
They really must beat Hamilton to maintain any hope of survival however, and our traders make make the Caley Jags slight favourites at 23/20.
The Accies are 9/4 outsiders, largely because they’ve won just twice on the road this season.
But they have enjoyed great success at the Caledonian Stadium in recent years, and will visit an Inverness side who are winless in eight.
Of their last nine visits up north, Hamilton have picked up four wins and four draws, losing just once.
And Martin Canning’s men have plenty to play for too, as they bid to avoid slipping into the Premiership relegation play-off.
So all told, we like the look of Hamilton and Draw Double Chance at 8/13.
Both teams have scored in two of this season’s three meetings, and 4/5 says each goalkeeper is beaten once again.
And though we see the odd high-scoring encounter between this pair (a 4-2 and a 4-3) in recent years, usually under 2.5 goals is the way to go.
Seven of the last 10 meetings have seen two or fewer goals scored, and we go 3/4 that Saturday’s lunch-time game is another low-scoring affair.
