Tottenham even-money favourites for Bayern Munich wizard

The focus of Tottenham fans will firmly be on this weekend’s Emirates FA Cup Semi-Final against Chelsea.

But behind the scenes, it seems the Lilywhites are planning for the coming campaign – with Bayern Munich ace Douglas Costa an even-money shot to join the North London club this summer.

The 26-year-old winger is reportedly surplus to Carlo Ancelotti’s plans – and failed to make the starting XI for either leg of Bayern’s Champions League Quarter-Final tie against Real Madrid.

However, there are no shortage of European heavyweights keen to secure the services of the versatile winger, who has registered 14 goals and 27 assists since the start of last season.

And Tottenham’s nearest rivals in the betting? Chelsea.

The Blues are 4/1 to add the Brazilian to their ranks this summer, with Arsenal (5/1) rounding out a London trio at the head of the betting.

Next up are Manchester United (7/1), while Barcelona (8/1) are the most likely suitors outside of the Premier League.

Meanwhile, there’s 10/1 on offer for the 26-year-old to reunite with the man who brought him to the Bundesliga – Pep Guardiola – at Manchester City.
