Everton face AC Milan, Tottenham & Chelsea in race for Schalke ace

It seems Bosnian left-back Sead Kolasinac has outgrown his current club Schalke 04, who are set for a mid-table finish in the Bundesliga.

So there’s little doubt he’s heading for an exit, but with a raft of European heavyweights interested, the question remains: where is the 23-year-old heading?

Right now, AC Milan sit narrowly at the head of the market, with 3/1 on offer for the defender to make the San Siro his new home.

However, they’re likely to face stiff competition from 7/2 shots Everton. Reports in the Daily Star suggest that the Toffees are willing to offer the defender an £8m-a-year deal, which could well prove too tough to resist.

But Merseyside isn’t the only Premier League hotbed where the Karlsruhe native could wind up.

There’s a fair chance of him house-hunting in London this summer, with Chelsea 9/2 to secure the full-back’s signature, while there’s 5/1 about him joining Tottenham, and 8/1 for a move to Arsenal.

Elsewhere, it’s 7/1 for Manchester City to get their hands on the Schalke prodigy – and he’s a player Pep Guardiola knows well from his time at Bayern Munich.

However, while a move from the Veltins-Arena is on the cards, our traders think there’s little chance of him joining a Bundesliga rival, with Bayern the only German outfit on offer, at a sizeable 14/1.
