Arsenal 9/2 outsiders to sign hotshot winger Coman – Chelsea 6/4

With reports in the press claiming that Arsenal have made contact with Juventus’ star Kingsley Coman over a potential move to the Emirates, our traders have priced it all up – but it’s not great news.
At 9/2, the Gunners are last in the betting, with Bayern Munich odds-on favourites to sign the French ace, with Coman already on-loan at the Allianz outfit.
And Arsenal aren’t even Premier League favourites, with Chelsea chalked up at 6/4.
Coman’s two-year loan at Bayern is set to end at the end of June, and it’s far from certain where the talented winger will end up.
Juventus haven’t missed his absence, with the Old Lady closing in on yet another Serie A title.
And despite impressing under Pep Guardiola at Bayern last season, things haven’t gone so well in Germany for Coman this term.
Injuries haven’t helped, but the 20-year-old has started just seven league games for the Bundesliga giants under Guardiola’s successor, Carlo Ancelotti.
Nevertheless, comments from that part of world suggest an agreement between Bayern and Coman will be reached, hence the odds-on price from our traders.
But with Chelsea cantering to a Premier League title and set to make big moves in the transfer window this summer, the Blues can’t be ruled out.
Preparing for a major tilt at the Champions League, the Stamford Bridge outfit may well make a move for a man who shone on the continent last term.
Aged just 19-years-old, Coman fired in two goals and six assists from just eight games in Europe last season.
A move to Arsenal may seem unlikely, but the Gunners would be making a real statement if they came out and signed one of the most sought-after wingers in the game.
With tension rising between fans and the club, plus concerns over the future of star men Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil, signing Coman would go some way to appearing the disgruntled factions.
