Arsene Wenger expects to decide his Arsenal future in March or April.

That was the headline the newspapers went with back in February. But the latest odds are suggesting that decision may be out of the hands of the Frenchman.

Having reportedly refused a £30m-a-year offer in China, and removing himself out of the running for the soon-to-be vacancy at Barcelona, it looked as though Gooners were set for at least another two years supporting a side managed by Wenger.

But tonight’s defeat at Liverpool has left our traders thinking otherwise.

As far as they’re concerned, Arsene Wenger will almost certainly not be in charge of Arsenal Football Club on the opening day of the 2017-18 campaign.

At 8/13, he’s now shorter than he’s ever been to leave the Emirates at some point between now and the start of the season.

And while he’ll have wanted his departure to have been Sir Alex Ferguson-esque, the truth is that such a scenario couldn’t be further away.

Now out of the top four after yet another defeat to a top six side, fans are continuing to turn on the Invincible boss – and we’re expecting the banners to be out in full force at the Gunners’ Emirates FA Cup clash with Lincoln City next weekend.

As potential suitors go, Juventus manager Max Allegri has led the way for several weeks, with Thomas Tuchel and Eddie Howe just behind in that market.

But Barcelona boss Luis Enrique announced last week that he’d be parting ways with the La Liga giants in the summer, and were Wenger to walk away from his post – plenty would be open to the idea of him taking over.

But what do fans think of the latest odds?

Is anyone still standing behind Wenger? And if not, who do you want to see in charge next season?
