Arsenal fans usually have plenty to deal with around March time, but this year the frustrations are greater than ever – and could be about to get worse.

Reports emerging from Italy claim that Serie A kingpins Juventus have launched an official bid for Alexis Sanchez.

Speculation has surrounded the Chilean all season, as he and Mesut Ozil move towards the latter stages of their Arsenal contracts.

Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport claim that the Turin side have made a £25m bid.

That may seem like a paltry figure for a man of Sanchez’s talents, but his contract has less than 18 months to run.

It’s believed Sanchez is growing increasingly frustrated at Arsenal’s inability to make the step up from top-four finishes to title contention.

And the continued uncertainty over Arsene Wenger’s future won’t have helped the situation.

If it’s trophies that Sanchez is after, then he’ll surely find them in Turin.

Juve have won the last five Serie A titles, and are well on course to make that six this term.

They’ve won a pair of Coppa Italia titles too in the last few seasons.

European success has eluded them, but their final appearance in 2015 bettered anything Arsenal have achieved in the last 10 years.

For now Sanchez will be focusing on ensuring the Gunners maintain their record of finishing in the top four under Arsene Wenger.

The north Londoners head to Liverpool this weekend, and we make them 5/2 to win against Jurgen Klopp’s stuttering hosts.
