The draw for the Second Round of the 2017 Ladbrokes Challenge Cup has been made with 16 teams from the community game set to compete in eight tasty ties later this month.

Featherstone Lions were first out of the hat with West Warriors confirmed as their next opponents in the competition.

First Round heroes Haydock will host Thornhill Trojans while the high-scoring London Chargers have been drawn at home again with Fryston Warriors standing between them and further progression.

Elsewhere, Whitehaven outfit Kells will welcome fellow National Conference League side Rochdale Mayfield with Wigan St. Patricks set to face-off on home turf against Egremont Rangers.

Siddal’s CWC Park took on hosting duties for the draw with former Sheffield Eagles player Jonny Lawless pulling out the home teams.

Away teams were drawn by ex-Huddersfield Giants favourite, Luke Robinson.
