Robertson could be next to leave Hull after Burnley table £10m bid

Marco Silva’s task of keeping Hull City in the Premier League is set to get a touch harder yet, with Burnley having offered £10m for Andrew Robertson.
The Tigers have already sold Robert Snodgrass to West Ham and Jake Livermore to West Brom this month.
And at 1/5, our odds suggest it’s more a matter of when Hull are relegated rather than if they go down.
Hull have won just four games this season, and if you include the pre-season departure of Steve Bruce, are onto their third manager of the campaign.
Having lost two of their star players already in recent weeks, Robertson’s move would be the third major blow in quick succession.
The left-back has impressed amid the struggles this term, and has made over 80 league appearances since joining the club from Dundee in 2014.
He moved for just shy of £3m, which leaves the club potentially suiting on a £7m windfall if the Burnley deal goes ahead.
The Clarets look set to avoid the drop this season, with Sean Dyche’s men currently 10 points above the bottom three.
Having spent £7m on Steven Defour and £10m on Jeff Hendrick last summer, the Clarets have slowly but surely added quality to their squad.
Complete the acquisition of Robertson, and while it may be a death knell for Hull, it could be the latest piece of Burnley’s puzzle to becoming regular mid-table competitors.

As for Burnley, they play host to Leicester on Tuesday, and with the reigning champions still winless on the road this season, plenty will fancy a home win at Turf Moor at 19/10.
