What a crazy month it’s been for Tommy McKay. The Scottish FA Amputee player topped the SPFL Goal of the Month poll and been the subject of an international media storm, and now he’s the latest recipient of the Ladbrokes #MasterAtWork award.

Dundee United fan McKay scored with a wonderful chip during a half-time challenge at Tannadice last month.

And after the video footage went viral on Social Media it caught the attention of Ladbrokes and the SPFL, and was then included in the November Goal of the Month vote.

He went on to beat professional players including Aberdeen youngster Jayden Stockley, Celtic star Tom Rogic and Rangers’ Joe Dodoo to win 80 per cent of the public vote.

We catch up with the man himself and ask him about his whirlwind month…
