Matt odds-on again for X Factor – Danny leads Louise for Strictly

Published:

Matt Terry has sensationally resumed his position as the favourite to win X Factor with Ladbrokes.

The long-term front runner had been usurped by Saara in the last fortnight, however as the final two enter the last few hours of this year’s series it’s Matt who is fancied as the odds-on favourite for glory at 8/13, leaving the Finnish star at 5/4.

It’s 5/2 the eventual winner also goes on to claim the Christmas No.1 top spot.

Over on BBC One, Danny’s fierce hold on the top of the betting is starting to loosen and he now finds himself as the 10/11 favourite with Louise shortening up into just 6/4.

Andy finally, as Len dishes out his final 10s of the series the bookies chalk up Anton du Beke as the even money jolly to replace him.

Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: “Matt and Saara’s odds have completely flip-flopped in the last 24 hours, but ultimately money talks, and the faith is now firmly with a win for Team Nicole.”

She added: “Danny’s odds are feeling the heat and it looks like he might not waltz away with the glitterball trophy as easily as initially thought.”
