How does a 21/1 World Darts Championship acca sound?

We saw a whopping 244 180s in the First Round of this year’s PDC World Darts Championship, and we’re expecting the maximums to come thick and fast as we reach the latter stages of the competition.
With the round of 32 now underway, our focus for today’s tips is on the treble 20, as we continue to look for value on the greatest darts stage of all.
So how does a 21/1 accumulator sound to you? Ladbrokes News talks you through the top bets for Day 10.
Kim Huybrechts v Max Hopp
What a way to start the day, with two of the most exciting players on the circuit facing off against each other.
Though Huybrechts is the 1/3 favourite to win this one – we reckon it’ll be much closer than the odds are suggesting.
Between them, this pair managed 11 180s in seven sets in the opening round. But as the competition begins to heat up, we think both players will smash that figure.

James Wade v Steve Beaton
Up next it’s The Machine against one of the circuit’s old pros, Steve Beaton.
The Bronzed Adonis was in fine form in his First Round fixture against Devon Petersen, defeating the South African 3-1 in sets.
But he’s now up against a man who just loves a maximum score. We may be backing an odds-on shot here, but there’s certainly value in it.
Top Bet – James Wade to throw the most 180s @ 8/11
Jelle Klaasen v Brendan Dolan
Klaasen performed exceptionally to reach the semi-finals last year at the Ally Pally. And he’ll be looking to go one better this year, but that means he’ll have to step up his game.
He defeated Jeffrey de Graaf 3-1 in the last round, boasting six maximums, while his next opponent managed a couple against Christian Kist, taking their combined tally to eight.
But with more sets to play this time out, and a closer match anticipated, we’re expecting this pair to consistently hit the treble in this one.
Top Bet – Over 10.5 180s @ 4/5
Peter Wright v Jamie Lewis
Make no mistake about it, Peter Wright is on a mission this year.
He may not have been as prolific on the maximums as he’d have liked in his opening round match, hitting just one, but Jamie Lewis will push him in this game.
Lewis will have been delighted with his First Round victory over Mick McGowan, throwing five 180s in the process.
Wright will certainly be looking to improve on his tally in that department, and that’s why we’re backing over in our top bet.

Gary Anderson v Benito van de Pas
The first of this year’s Third Round matches, this one looks set to be a real thriller.
On his day, Van de Pas will give anyone a game, while Anderson is looking for his third successive Worlds trophy.
The Flying Scotsman is yet to drop a set in this tournament, and has hit a staggering 11 180s already.
Given the quality of his opponent, it’s likely Anderson will be pushed all the way in this one, so he’ll have to be on top of his game.
