Twitter reacts to Eastleigh heroics and other Emirates FA Cup Replays
Published:There were plenty of thrills and spills in last night’s batch of Emirates FA Cup First Round Replays with National League Eastleigh winning away at League One Swindon grabbing the bulk of headlines.
And the shocks didn’t stop there. Solihull Moors booked their place in the Second Round for the very first time by beating League Two Yeovil Town 4-2 on penalties after the sides drew 1-1 after extra-time.
A total of 12 First Round ties were decided yesterday evening and we’ve compiled the best of the reaction.

A home tie against FC Halifax Town is the Spitfires’ reward. But for the time being at least, boss Ronnie Moore is happy to bask in the glory of beating a side two divisions above.
What a night so proud of all my players you were immense lads , Our supporters were fantastic thanks for your backing , love you all ?

Meanwhile, over in Solihull, one fan is dreaming of even bigger things after seeing their side make history.
Great win for @solihullmoors. Dispense with Luton and it could be the Man Utd coach pulling up in elmdon.

And Moors hero Omari Sterling-James summed up the mood perfectly.

GOAL 90′ #Notts 2-0 Boreham Wood. Aaron Collins arrows one in off the bar from 20 yards to seal the victory! What a strike that is!

And finally, congratulations to AFC Wimbledon for recording the biggest win of the night. Their 5-0 hammering of Bury booked a date with Curzon Ashton in the next round.
