Jose Mourinho is set to endure more misery at the hands of Premier League referees this season, according to the latest odds.

The Manchester United boss was sent to the stands for the second time this term against West Ham on Sunday, and the bookies make it just 1/2 Mourinho is dismissed again this year.

And it’s a 3/1 shot the self-proclaimed Special One is not in charge of the Red Devils on the final day of the season.

It’s also 13/8 that Mourinho is sacked before winning another trophy, while Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino heads the list of potential successors at 5/1.

A Ladbrokes spokesperson said: “While Man United’s draw provided plenty of frustration for the Old Trafford faithful, it’s Jose’s touchline antics which have stolen the headlines yet again.”

“The Special One has become the Angry One, and Jose isn’t going to kiss and make up with Premier League referees anytime soon.”

“With tension high at United, Tottenham boss Pochettino tops the betting to be the next man in the dugout at the Theatre of Dreams.”

Mourinho will be hoping to defeat West Ham at the second time of asking this week when the two clash again in the EFL Cup.

United at 4/9 to win this time around in 90 minutes, with the Hammers 6/1 for a win and another blow to Jose’s Manchester dream.
