Alan Pardew odds-on favourite to be next manager to leave

Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew is the new odds-on favourite to be the next Premier League manager to leave, following the Eagles’ dramatic 5-4 loss to Swansea.

After turning around a 3-1 deficit to lead 4-3 as injury time beckoned, Pardew could only look on as Fernando Llorente scored a stoppage-time brace to seal the hosts victory.

The result handed Swans boss Bob Bradley his first win in charge of the Welsh club, and in turn, consigned Palace to sixth straight defeat.

It now means the south Londoners have won just eight games from the 33 they’ve played in the calendar year, while conceding 17 times in their last five fixtures.

Pardew is 4/6 to be sent packing next, with the club now outside the relegation zone on goal difference alone.

And with Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal to play in their next fixtures, things could get worse for the Eagles.

Bradley remains second in the betting at 10/3, with Sunderland boss David Moyes next at 4/1.

At 9/2 Mike Phelan’s job at Hull isn’t too safe according to the bookies either, with those four well ahead of Slaven Bilic in the market at 12s.
