Danny was box office but Will still best backed for Strictly glory

Danny Mac was the king of Movie Week but Will Young is still being backed off the boards by Strictly Come Dancing fans.

The former Hollyoaks actor and dance partner Oti Mabuse finished joint-top of the Week 3 Leaderboard with their Paso Doble wowing the judges.

Danny is now the clear 13/8 favourite to win this year’s Glitterball trophy but it’s chart-topping singer Will who has our traders worried.

The 12/1 shot posted a respectable but none too earth shattering 31 points. However, that hasn’t stopped the flow of money for the Pop Idol winner.

Elsewhere, Claudia Fragapane has seen her odds cut following her 36-point haul with the Team GB heroine now 6/1 for Strictly glory.

However, a major market mover following Saturday’s action was Ore Oduba with the BBC presenter now 12/1 from 20/1.

Going in the opposite direction are Robert Rinder (8/1) and Laura Whitmore (25/1) with the latter now well on the drift having opened up as a 4/1 shot back in August.
