Who’s hot and who’s not in this year’s Big Brother house?

Published:

This year’s series has been full of secrets, lies, evictions, walk-outs, drinking and some scenes which viewers may find pretty disturbing.

Yes, Big Brother is well and truly back.

And in true BB fashion it hasn’t failed to disappoint us so far.

As we reach the halfway point in the show, we take a look at this year’s crop of housemates and how their odds have changed, starting with one of the favourites, Alex.

The 27-year old model from Liverpool has headed the market from the get-go, with fans seemingly taking to his laid back approach to life in the house.

Best friend of Geordie Shore’s Vicky Pattison -who has previously admitted to loving Alex – perhaps the reason he’s doing so well on the Channel Five show is thanks to the MTV and Loose Women star’s huge following.

Alex is currently 4/1 to win the show, behind only two contestants in the market.

However he’s been there or there abouts since the famous doors were opened.

Stiff competition from fan favourite

It looks like Alex will face competition from new fan-favourite Hughie.

On entering the house, Hughie was priced up at 12/1 and was considered to have little to no chance of winning the show, yet has somehow defied odds over the last four weeks and won viewers over, with the Irishman now sitting as the 3/1 favourite to be crowned victorious.

The same can’t be said, however, for his love interest, Ryan, who we’ve priced up at 25/1 to win the £100,000 prize.

The 24-year old is no stranger to our screens, making it to boot camp in last year’s X Factor.

His celebrity status hasn’t done much for his chances of winning, though. His shortest price to date was 12/1, and that was last month.

And speaking of celebrities, Lateysha, star of MTV’s The Valleys has also seen her odds slashed to 7/2 from 12s at the start of the show.

Fellow front runner Jason seems to have pulled on the heartstrings of viewers as we continue to watch him try and mount a challenge for the Big Brother crown while having to share the house with his ex-girlfriend Charlie.

With Charlie 8/15 favourite to leave the house in tonight’s eviction, viewers of the show are likely to see another side to Jason from this point on, and his 4/1 to win could be a tempting bet.
