Marcus Rashford odds-on to make Hodgson’s Euros squad

Injury to Liverpool’s Daniel Sturridge looks to have freed up a spot in Roy Hodgson’s England squad, and Manchester United’s young star Marcus Rashford is odds-on to take the Anfield ace’s place at Euro 2016.
