Scintillating Kane fancied for Golden Boot double

Harry Kane’s excellent form for Tottenham and England has had punters piling in on the striker claiming the Golden Boot double in the Premier League and Euros this summer.

Kane’s goal at Anfield on Saturday made it seven goals in seven games for club and country, and the forward is on 28 for the season.

The 22-year-old is 1/3 to claim the Premier League’s top goalscorer accolade, having been as long as 33/1 earlier this season.

It’s 25/1 Kane claims a famous double this summer, replicating Alan Shearer’s achievements way back in 1996 with a Premier League and European Championship double.

The Englishman is 18/1 to be top scorer in France, in from 33s just two weeks ago.

A Ladbrokes spokesperson said: “Kane has been in sensational form for club and country and England fans fancy his chances of landing a history-making double.”

With 22 league goals this term, Kane holds a three-goal lead over closest challenger Jamie Vardy, with the Leicester forward 6/1 for the award having led for much of the season.

Everton’s Romelu Lukaku – a further goal back on 18 – is 8/1 to become the first Belgian to win the award, while Man City’s hotshot Sergio Aguero – on 17 – is 9/1 to win for the second successive year.
