Manchester CIty have ‘no chance’ of winning Champions League

Manchester City may have produced a disciplined display to see off PSG in the Champions League quarter-final but the Sky Blues are not equipped to go all the way.

That is according to our latest poll, which showed that more people think the Etihad outfit will fall short than believe they can go all the way.

After Kevin De Bruyne’s strike secured a 1-0 win over the Les Parisiens and a 3-2 overall victory we asked our Twitter followers to let us know if Manuel Pellegrini’s men are the real deal or not.

And with 68 per cent saying City have ‘no chance’ of going all the way to lifting the Champions League trophy it seems there is little belief in the Premier League’s last remaining representatives in the competition.

Of course there are still a sizeable chunk of people – 32 per cent – who say Sergio Aguero and co. can go all the way and those that did will be tempted by odds of 6/1 on a Sky Blues triumph.

Barcelona remain the favourites at 13/8, with Bayern Munich next in the betting at 12/5. Real Madrid complete the top three in the betting and City lie just ahead of 16/1 shots Atletico Madrid while Benfica are seemingly out if it already at 80/1.
