What’s really going with McCormack’s ‘move’ to Middlesbrough?
Published:The biggest transfer story coming out of the Championship is classic Deadline Day fare with no one seemingly able to give a definitive response on Middlesbrough’s supposed interest in Fulham striker Ross McCormack.
The Teessiders were thought to be on the verge of signing Blackburn frontman Jordan Rhodes before they hit a snag relating to personal terms.
Rhodes is apparently heading back up to the Riverside Stadium to continue talks but McCormack still remains an option, depending on which news outlet you wish to believe.
One Evening Gazette reporter is fairly unequivocal on the matter.

Meanwhile, sources in West London are suggesting that an £8m deal for McCormack is still a possibility.

Pretty confusing.
But if the local press are to be believed the Fulham man’s ‘move’ to Boro could be scuppered by Rhodes’ latest U-turn.
