Middlesbrough only have Hull to worry about in Championship race
The bookies have got it spot on and the Championship is set to be a two-horse race with Middlesbrough tipped to come out on top, that is, according to Twitter.
Ahead of Boro’s visit to Elland Road on Monday night, Ladbrokes put the question of who would be crowned champions to the world of social media.
The result shows that many believe that it is set to be between the two teams that occupy the top positions in the table.
Current leaders and 7/5 second-favourites Hull City picked up 37 per cent of the vote, but the Twitter masses believe that it is only a matter of time before Aitor Karanka’s men regain top-spot and seal a return to the Premier League.
The Riverside Stadium outfit picked up 49 per cent of the vote, suggesting that the 11/10 odds that they top the table come May is bang on.
Who will win this year’s Championship?

They will have to do something about their current form if they are to deliver for those backing them though, with no win in their last four games.
That lull in results is demonstrated by the fact that they have gone from 1/3 in mid January right out to their current price.
Win against Leeds under the floodlights though and they will find themselves back at the top of the pile, and on track to return to the top flight.
The acquisition of Jordan Rhodes will only help their pursuit and with a goal already for the club looks a tidy bit of business.
According to the voters, just Hull stand in their way – Burnley and Brighton picked up nine and five per cent respectively – but if the masses are to be believed, Premier League football will be on show on Teesside in the near future.
