Chelsea head FA Cup betting after taking care of Man City’s kids
Published:Chelsea interim boss Guus Hiddink is yet to lose an FA Cup tie and the bookies believe the Dutchman has a great chance of maintaining that proud record.
His Blues outfit are the 3/1 favourites to lift the trophy this season following a 5-1 thumping of Manuel Pellegrini’s youthful Manchester City side.
Following their resounding Fifth Round victory the Pensioners drew Everton in the last-eight, themselves handy winners on Saturday night.
The Toffees’ 2-0 success at Bournemouth saw them slashed from 14/1 to 8/1 before being further cut to 7s.
Elsewhere, Arsenal are 10/3 to win the competition for a third year in a row although the Gunners must negotiate a tricky trip to Hull City after the Championship high-flyers earned a juicy Replay.
Manchester United are next best in the betting at 4/1 while 1990 finalists Crystal Palace are available at 7/1 and Dimitri Payet-inspired West Ham are 8s to win a fourth FA Cup this season.
