Arsenal head to the south coast this weekend looking to put their spark back into their title push but the form book says it is Bournemouth that could be smiling when the final whistle blows.
The Gunners have fallen to fourth in the table, having won just one of their last five games and their record on the road makes for worrying reading.
They may have lost just one of their last five away from the Emirates in the Premier League but with just a solitary win the travelling Gooners will arrive in Boscombe with a sense of trepidation.
That feeling will only be enhanced when they look at the Cherries home record, with Eddie Howe’s side losing just one of their last five at Dean Court.
Anyone looking at historical meetings between these two to shape a bet needn’t bother with just two meetings on record and one of those coming way back in 1987.
Inquisitive minds might like to know that Arsenal won 3-0 on that day and 2-0 when the sides met in December last year with a bet on an Arsenal clean sheet at 13/8 looking a tempting proposition.

Those who feel Arsenal can ignore the form book and put the Cherries in their place need look no further than Olivier Giroud.
The Frenchman has opened the scoring on five occasions for the Gunners this term and can be backed at 9/2 to fire first on Sunday.
