Arsenal v Leicester: Goals almost a certainty in title-chasing clash

This time last year – almost to the day – Arsenal beat Leicester 2-1 at the Emirates after a hard-fought encounter which left the Foxes rooted to bottom of the Premier League.
Fast-forward one year – 368 days by the time they play – and Leicester now head to north London as deserving league leaders.
Avoiding defeat is a must for Arsene Wenger’s men, who would slip eight points behind Claudio Ranieri’s heroic underdogs should Leicester return to the Midlands with three points.
Arsenal ended a four-game winless run with a 2-0 victory at Bournemouth last weekend, and they head into Sunday’s midday kick-off as 8/11 favourites.
Leicester are 15/4 for a win which would see them beat Liverpool, Man City and Arsenal in successive fixtures.
The Foxes were undone in September however, with Arsenal running riot in a 5-2 victory.
With three of the Premier League’s top seven goalscorers set to feature, plus assist-king Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez, the 8/11 on both teams to score or 4/5 on over 2.5 goals will doubtless be popular selections this weekend.
Both teams have scored in each of the last six meetings, with Arsenal winning on four occasions.

Should Wenger follow his blueprint for that win at Leicester, we can expect Theo Walcott to start, and the Englishman is a 13/2 shout for the game’s first goal and 2/1 to bag at any point.
Meanwhile Jamie Vardy has rarely been kept quiet this season, and the Premier League’s top-scorer is also at 13/2 – 2/1 anytime – with partner in crime Riyad Mahrez is at 9s and 11/4 anytime.
And what of Robert Huth? The big defender scored twice in the stunning win at Man City, and grabbed the winner over Tottenham.
