Moving to Leicester would be best for wantaway West Brom man

Saido Berahino’s ongoing transfer saga has been a permanent fixture of this Premier League season, with another team now rumoured to be interested in the West Brom man’s signature.
Leicester City are joining Tottenham Hotspur, who have been after him since the summer, Newcastle United and Liverpool in the race to bring the striker to their club in January.
The Baggies rejected a £25m bid from Spurs in the summer, leading to a Twitter strop from the wantaway forward.
However, Jeremy Peace, the West Brom chairman, and manager Tony Pulis may be more willing to accept an offer given the actions of England Under-21 international.
Regardless of where he goes, it’s abundantly clear that Berahino needs to get out of the Hawthorns if the youngster is to develop as a Premier League footballer.
The 22-year-old only has 16 top-flight appearances to his name, with eight of those coming from the bench, and hasn’t started a game since the Baggies’ 3-2 loss to Leicester on Halloween.
Most of the striker’s playing time this season has come in the reserves and as a result of this his form has suffered.
Berahino has only scored four times across all competitions this campaign, compared to last season’s 14 strikes, and it is clear that he and West Brom aren’t the right match anymore.
A move to the King Power Stadium would be a wise move for the hotshot, with his style of football suited to Leicester’s method of attacking.
The Foxes look to utilise the pace of their front men to counter attack and pressure the opposing defence into mistakes and this would suit an agile player like Berahino perfectly.
Indeed, they have a lower average possession percentage than any other team in the top-half, while their pass-completion rate at 69.5% is the lowest in the Premier League, highlighting how they are less focused on keeping the ball, but utilising it quickly when they do get it.
