How Twitter reacted to Gary Anderson’s World Darts win
Published:Gary Anderson has become only the fourth player to successfully defend his title following a 7-5 victory over Adrian Lewis in the 2016 PDC World Darts Championship final.
The Flying Scotsman secured back-to-back tournament victories in stunning style with a 170 checkout in the final set putting him within touching distance of another memorable triumph.
Anderson eventually went on to secure the win in what was a breaktaking showpiece, befitting of this year’s event as a whole.
And as you’d expect, Social Media was quick to react.
