Straight-talking TOWIE star Gemma Collins is taking no prisoners in the Celebrity Big Brother house and it is winning her a huge following with the viewing public.
She may have struggled to make her mark Down Under on I’m A Celebrity get Me Out of Here! but with her feet back on terra-firma and no witchetty grub in site the Romford-born wannabe is coming into her own.
The Essex girl has seen her odds on winning the Channel 5 reality show slashed as she continues to dominate proceedings in the house.
Collins, 34, was a lively outsider at 33/1 just a few days ago but after a flurry of bets the bookmakers has carved her odds to just 6/1.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: “Gemma’s no-nonsense attitude has won her an army of supporters, and if the money continues the only way is favouritism.”
Collins may have seen her odds slashed in recent days but the Essex lass still has a long way to go to usurp Geordie Shore lad Scotty T as the frontrunner in the market.
Timlin went into the house as favourite and remains the show jolly at 3/1 as viewers wait to see if his romance with Ex on the Beach star Megan McKenna blossoms further.
Former Eastenders star John Partridge is also among the favourites, having seen his 11/1 pre-show odds tumble to just 7/2.
And fellow actor Darren Day completes the top three in the betting at 5/1 with plenty of fans backing the former Hollyoaks actor to come good.
