Old rivals Leeds and St Helens ready for more Super League fireworks

It’s a contest which rarely, if ever, fails to disappoint the neutral, and Leeds and St Helens line up to lock horns once more with a huge reward at stake.
The winners will go on to face Wigan Warriors in the Grand Final at Old Trafford next Saturday while who suffers defeat will have to all winter to mull over it.
Saints make the trip to Headingley having lost three of their seven Super 8s matches, while the Rhinos won four.
Notably however, Ladbrokes Challenge Cup champions Leeds lost three of their final four matches, and that included an 18-32 home loss to their great rivals at the start of September.
That win for St Helens ended a run of three successive losses against Leeds in 2015 and adds some food for thought on their 7/4 price with Ladbrokes to win this semi-final.
The hosts are 1/2 favourites having topped the Super 8s table thanks to a last-gasp Ryan Hall try which won their match with Huddersfield Giants last Friday, handing the League Leaders Shield to Leeds.
The Yorkshire outfit ran out rampant 41-16 and 46-18 victors in the first two meetings with their Merseyside rivals this season, before a 24-14 success at the end of July.
A 6-10 point victory for Brian McDermott’s team is 9/2 with Ladbrokes, while a more emphatic 20-30 margin for the Rhinos can be backed at 11/2.
Saints fans, as the outsiders, may want to look at slightly narrower winning gap, with 1-10 points priced at 3/1.
Those who fancy the visitors to really seize the initiative at Headingley however may take to Keiron Cunningham’s team at 7/1 for the 11-20 margin of victory.
Ahead of the match, Ladbrokes are boosting Ryan Hall and Tom Makinson both to score a try from 3/1 to 4/1.
