Poll: Is David Sullivan out of order for Charlie Austin comments?

It is widely expected that Charlie Austin will be leaving Queens Park Rangers before the transfer window for a return to the Premier League, but it looks like Upton Park will now be one place he won’t be heading.
The striker has spoken out at how he feels comments made by West Ham chairman David Sullivan are “an outrageous slur” on his professionalism.
Prior to the latest saga the east London club had been 7/4 favourites to snap up the former Burnley man before the end of the month, but now find themselves out at 7/1 to be Austin’s next destination.
The Hammers’ co-chairman had this week explained why the club will not be pursuing last season’s 18-goal man on the Knees Up Mother Brown podcast:
“Firstly, we haven’t got £15m to spender under the fair play rules. Secondly, he failed a medical at Hull a couple of years ago.
“They say he has no ligaments in his knee, who knows? To sign a £15m player is a big risk. He could go on for years, but knowing our luck his knee will go in the first game and that’s the end of it.”
That statement, as well as a line of how Austin “wasn’t very good” when he played West Ham last season caused the 26-year-old to hit back on Twitter with this statement:
