Celtic faithful give their thoughts on Malmo clash
Published:It’s D-Day for Celtic in the Champions League with Hoops fans both excited and nervous about the potential outcome in their clash with Malmo tonight.
Winning 3-2 from the first leg of their play-off there is cause for optimism among the travelling support.
But to reach the group stage this time around they must see off a Swedish side which has proven hard to beat on their own patch this year.
Hoops fans know better than most how these games can go, but that only serves to heighten the hope, the expectation, the anticipation and the fear ahead of the second-leg.
Here’s how Celtic fans are feeling right now…
Nerves have hit me, massive game tonight!! #UCL #celticfc

This tie could have been done and dusted but the nature in which they allowed Malmo to claw their way back into the tie with two goals is understandably a concern tonight…
Just no sloppy goals conceded please #Celtic. If they’re going to score at least let them earn it. #uclplayoff

There’s plenty of hope and optimism from Bhoys supporters though as they dream of their name being in Thursday’s Champions League group draw…
It is going to be difficult in #Sweden, but #Celtic got players that can hurt teams. #MalmoeFF #ChampionsLeague — Fuad Alakbarov (@DrAlakbarov) August 25, 2015
