Exchange Corner: Who are you backing or laying on the final day?
This Premier League season offers one last weekend of excitement and while the destination of the trophy has long been decided there’s still plenty to play for at the bottom end of the table.
Here’s how the guys over at the Exchange are weighing up the season finale.
It sounds easier said than done but as we have seen plenty of times before the final day of the season always has a number of twists and turns.
Who will be celebrating come the end of the day and who will be heading to the Championship?
Hull are currently 1.18 to get relegated with Newcastle 6.0
“It’s the end of the season and we expect to see many twists and turns in the Premier League survival race. There’s value in Laying Newcastle to survive at 6.6 as the pressure of playing in front of their home crowd has not been favourable recently having lost four out of their last five at St. James’ Park.”
In the chase for a guaranteed Europa League spot, there’s only two points separating Liverpool, Tottenham and Southampton.
One club will miss out unless Arsenal win the FA Cup.
It should be an interesting battle as all three clubs have tricky away games.
