How Twitter reacted to Harry Kane’s goal-scoring England debut

On a night where there were plenty of positives for England at Wembley where they put four past a very limited Lithuania side to extend their 100 per cent Euro 2016 qualification record, predictably, one man stole the show.

There have been few more eagerly anticipated England debuts in recent memory and although Roy Hodgson stuck to his guns by leaving Harry Kane on the bench, Tottenham’s wonderkid simply couldn’t be denied.

first England goal with his third touch.
