Burton can take League Two advantage against Stevenage

When Chelsea legend Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink took over of League Two Burton they sat fifth in the table and had won just three of their last nine league games. Now, as they entertain Stevenage on Monday night, they have the chance to move five points clear at the top.
The former Holland striker has only lost three games since taking charge at the Pirelli Stadium, with the club’s home form a particularly impressive mark on his managerial CV.
Only one team has visited the ground since Hasselbaink took over and managed to leave with three points, while only one other side has managed to escape with a share of the spoils.
For that reason the 10/11 on a Burton win looks particularly appetising, while the prices of 12/5 on the draw and 3/1 on a visitors win are suitably long.
The last four games have all been wins for the Brewers, with the last three of those being particularly goal-heavy.
Albion scored three against Accrington Stanley, stuck two past Southend (both of those were at home) and most recently walloped Tranmere for four on the road.
It is 27/20 that Hasselbaink’s men score two or three goals against Stevenage, with 10/1 on them notching four or more surely worth a small investment.
Graham Westley’s visitors still harbour hopes of sealing a playoff place, but their current form, especially on the road makes such dreams slim.
Winless in the last three all told, Stevenage arrive at the league leaders having only won once in the last six on their travels. That that victory came against struggling Hartlepool means there isn’t much to inspire confidence in their chances.
